Manager  –  After School Club

Withy After School Club is looking for an enthusiastic and organised Club Manager to lead our after-school provision. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with childcare experience who is ready to step into a leadership role and make a real difference in children’s lives.

What the role involves:

• Managing the daily operations of the club

• Leading, supporting, and inspiring our staff team

• Ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance

What we’re looking for:

• Experience working with children

• Leadership or senior playworker experience preferred

• Relevant childcare qualification (or working towards)

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

• Friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable

• Bubbly with a genuine love of working with children

• Creative, with ideas to keep children engaged and happy

• A strong team player with a positive attitude

Previous childcare experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
