Welcome to the Breakfast Club at Matford Brook Academy

We are delighted to welcome families to our Breakfast Club at Matford Brook Academy, where we provide a calm, caring and energising start to the school day. As part of the FISH Kids family, our club is designed to support busy families while giving children a happy, positive beginning each morning.

Our Breakfast Club is based within the school and benefits from access to excellent on-site facilities. Children enjoy a relaxed indoor space to eat and socialise, alongside opportunities for active play using the playground and school grounds when appropriate. Whether your child prefers creative activities, board games, construction, or a gentle start with breakfast and friends, our experienced team ensures every child feels settled and ready for the day ahead.

Drop-Off Information

Parents can use the main school entrance for drop-off. A member of our friendly team will be available to welcome your child and ensure a smooth handover into our care.

Early Club 7:30am start) – £7.50
Breakfast Club 8am Start – £5.00

How do I book an breakfast club space

Booking your holiday club session couldn’t be easier!! Simply log into your parent online portal and follow the easy to navigate booking steps. If you have not used FISH before, you will need to create a new account and provide us with all the relevant information so that we can ensure we provide the best care for your child, you will only have to create an account once, but please remember to update any of your details if these change.

If you are struggling to register or are unable to do this online, please call the office on 08445 618847 or 01626 325808 and we will be happy to register your account and take your booking over the phone.

Booking forms usually go live 6 – 8 week before the start of the holidays, spaces fill up quickly so we always recommend booking early if you know the sessions you need, but you can book online until 5pm the day before the session you need as long as we have capacity. If you need a book on the same day please call the club mobile number (club mobile are active during session times only)

We also offer priority booking sessions, Priority bookings offer parents the peace of mind knowing that your regular sessions are taken care of and are secured for as long as you need them. FISH must receive a signed and fully completed priority booking application form before a place can be considered, please call the office on 08445 618847 or 01626 325808 for more information

Do you provide food and drinks?

If you are booked into our early birds’ sessions you breakfast is included, we offer a wide range of cereal and toast each mornings. drinking water and juice is always available Breakfast is served until 8:10, please arrive before this time so that children can enjoyed a relaxed breakfast without rushing.
